These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ArchMasterAI.com website and account, through which you register, subscribe, and purchase access to the ArchMaster.ai solutions platform, together with any related support services (collectively, the "Service"), provided by ArchMaster Pte Ltd ("ArchMasterAI", "we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated in the Republic of Singapore. By creating an account, checking the box to accept these Terms, or otherwise accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Because your subscription grants you access to the ArchMaster.ai solutions platform — operated by our software vendor, Hangzhou Zhiyuan Space Technology Co., Ltd. — accepting these Terms also constitutes your acceptance of the separate terms and conditions governing the ArchMaster.ai solutions platform. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
ArchMasterAI.com is the platform through which you register for an account, subscribe to and purchase access to the ArchMaster.ai solutions platform, and receive customer support. Access requires an active paid subscription. We may add, change, or remove features of the Service at any time, and we'll make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes in advance.
To use most features of the Service you must create an account with accurate, current information. You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at support@archmasterai.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
Paid subscription plans are billed in advance for the tenure selected at checkout — 6 months, 1 year (annual), or 2 years — through our third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the full tenure of your plan.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price for your plan unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

The Service, including its software, design, and underlying technology, is owned by ArchMasterAI and protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service to register for, purchase, and manage your subscription and support requests. You retain ownership of any content you upload or submit through the Service ("Your Content").
The design, drafting, and other AI-assisted tools themselves are provided through the ArchMaster.ai solutions platform, operated by our software vendor, Hangzhou Zhiyuan Space Technology Co., Ltd., and are governed by that platform's own terms and conditions, which you accept alongside these Terms (see Section 1). Your use of ArchMasterAI.com is limited to account registration, subscription and payment, and related support — we do not operate or control the ArchMaster.ai solutions platform itself, and any output, features, or availability of that platform are subject to its own terms.
We process personal data and project data you provide in order to operate the Service. What we collect, how it's used, and your rights over it are described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
The Service relies on third-party providers (for example, payment processing and cloud infrastructure) to operate. Your use of the Service may also be subject to those providers' own terms where you interact with them directly (such as entering payment details).
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArchMasterAI and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold ArchMasterAI harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms.
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, or as needed to comply with law or protect the Service and its users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends, though certain provisions of these Terms (e.g. intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll provide reasonable notice (for example, via email or an in-product notice) before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
