The cookies and browser storage ArchMasterAI uses, and why.

In short: we only use cookies and browser storage that the site needs to work: keeping you signed in, keeping you secure, and serving you better. We don't use analytics, advertising or social-media tracking cookies, and we don't sell or share cookie data.

1. What Cookies Are

Cookies are small text files a website saves in your browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage and session storage, let a site keep small pieces of information on your device too. This policy covers all of them and applies to archmasterai.com and its subdomains (support, partners and help). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

3. Browser Storage We Use

These aren't cookies, but they work in a similar way and are also strictly necessary:

4. Third-Party Services

  • Payments. When you check out, you're taken to our payment provider's secure payment page. The payment provider sets its own cookies there to process your payment and prevent fraud, under its own cookie policy.
  • Fonts. Our fonts are delivered by a font provider. Your browser requests them directly, which shares your IP address with the provider so the fonts can be delivered. No cookies are set.
  • Images and videos. Some images and product videos are delivered from content delivery networks. We don't use them to track you.
  • The ArchMaster.ai platform. The design tools open on archmaster.ai, which has its own terms and cookie practices.

5. What We Don't Use

We don't use analytics cookies, advertising or retargeting cookies, social-media pixels, or any cookies that track you across other websites. If that ever changes, we'll update this policy and ask for your consent first, before any such cookie is set.

6. Your Consent and Choices

Because we only use strictly necessary cookies and storage, we don't show a cookie consent banner. These cookies are needed to provide the service you ask for, such as signing in or buying a plan.

You can still block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. If you block them, the site's public pages will still work, but you won't be able to sign in, use Support or the Help Centre, or check out. Signing out clears our sign-in cookies and your saved profile from your browser.

We'll update this page whenever the cookies we use change, and change the "Last updated" date above.
