What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayNow, and bank transfer (Enterprise only). All transactions are secured by Stripe.
What subscription terms are available?
ArchMaster Basic VIP and Pro VIP can be purchased on a 6-month, annual, or 2-year term — longer terms come at a better effective rate. Student and School licenses are billed annually only.
What's the difference between Pro and Max?
Pro is a single-user license for independent architects. Max is a multi-user license priced per seat, built for teams that need shared workspaces and collaboration.
Who qualifies for an Educational license?
ArchMaster Student is for individually enrolled students; ArchMaster School is for institutions purchasing a minimum of 50 seats. Both are verified during onboarding.
Is my data stored securely?
All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We are ISO 27001 compliant and host on AWS Singapore (ap-southeast-1).
