How is the annual discount applied?
When you choose annual billing, you are charged for 10 months instead of 12 — an effective 20% saving billed as a single annual payment.
Can I add more users to my plan?
Professional includes up to 5 users. Additional seats are available for S$20/user/month. Enterprise plans have unlimited seats.
Is my data stored securely?
All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We are ISO 27001 compliant and host on AWS Singapore (ap-southeast-1).
