Frequently Asked Questions

What's the difference between Basic VIP and Pro VIP?
Basic VIP is a single-user licence with standard monthly quotas and 2K output. Pro VIP is priced per seat for teams: higher monthly quotas, 4K output, the fastest generation queue, and a shared team gallery with member management. Each seat is for one user.
What subscription terms are available?
Basic VIP and Pro VIP can be bought for 6 months, 1 year or 2 years. Longer terms work out cheaper per month, and the full term is billed upfront. Student and School licences are billed annually.
Can I upgrade, renew early or add seats?
Yes. From your account you can upgrade from Basic VIP to Pro VIP, move to a longer term, renew early or add Pro VIP seats at any time, and you're charged the difference straight away. To move to a lower plan or a shorter term, please contact our support team.
Does my subscription renew automatically?
Yes. Subscriptions renew at the end of each term at the then-current price. You can switch off auto-renewal any time from My Subscription in your account menu; your plan stays active until the end of the term you've paid for.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards, plus any other payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are handled by Stripe's secure hosted checkout, so we never see or store your full card details.
How soon can I start after paying?
Your order is processed within 24 hours. We'll email you as soon as your ArchMaster access is ready; if you don't hear from us by then, contact our support team.
What happens if I use up my monthly quota?
Each plan includes the monthly usage quotas shown above. If you need more, you can buy Coins for extra generations, or upgrade to Pro VIP for higher limits.
What are Coins?
Coins are one-time top-ups for extra usage beyond your plan's quotas, such as additional AI Design Agent generations or video. Buy them from Buy Coins in your account menu, in packs from US$10 to US$100.
Can I try ArchMaster before buying?
Yes. New accounts can request a free trial from this page during their first 7 days after signing up. Sign in and you'll see the trial option next to the plans.
Where can I find my invoices?
Open Purchase History in your account menu to see past orders and download receipts. You can update your saved card under Payment Methods.
Who qualifies for an Educational licence?
ArchMaster Student is for individually enrolled students. ArchMaster School is for schools and universities buying at least 50 seats. Contact us to get started, and we'll confirm eligibility before activating the licence.
How is my data handled?
Your account and billing details are managed by ArchMasterAI and our payment provider, Stripe. The design tools run on the ArchMaster.ai platform under its own terms. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and your rights.
