1. Introduction

ArchMaster Pte Ltd ("ArchMasterAI", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act ("PDPA"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how it's used and shared, and the choices you have — including how to access, correct, or delete it.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, and some information generated by your use of the Service:

• Account information — name, email address, company/firm name, and password (handled by our authentication provider; we never see or store your password in plain text).
• Billing information — subscription plan, billing cycle, and transaction history. Your card details are collected and stored directly by our payment processor — we don't receive or store full card numbers ourselves.
• Support & contact information — anything you submit through a support case or contact form, such as your message and any files you attach.
• Usage data — basic technical information such as IP-based country, browser type, and how you interact with the Service, used to keep it running securely and improve it.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal data to: provide and maintain the Service; process subscriptions and payments; authenticate your account and keep it secure; respond to support requests; send you service-related communications (e.g. password resets, billing receipts); and, where you haven't opted out, occasional product updates. We do not use your data to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you without human involvement.

4. How We Share Your Information

We share personal data with a small number of third-party service providers who process it on our behalf, strictly to operate the Service:

• Payment processing — our payment processor handles billing and stores your payment details securely; we only receive limited billing metadata back (plan, amount, status).
• Customer relationship & support — we use a CRM platform to manage account, billing, and support records so our team can assist you.
• Authentication & hosting infrastructure — our sign-in system and underlying cloud infrastructure process your account credentials and session data to keep your account secure.

We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose it where required by law, to enforce our Terms & Conditions, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ArchMasterAI, our users, or others.

5. Cookies & Similar Technologies

We use essential cookies and similar local storage to keep you signed in and remember basic preferences. We do not currently use third-party advertising trackers.

6. Data Retention

We keep personal data for as long as it's needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law (for example, billing and transaction records are typically retained for accounting and tax purposes even after an account is closed). When data is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it so it can no longer be linked back to you.

7. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you can:

• Access and review the personal data we hold about you;
• Correct inaccurate or outdated information — most of this you can update yourself from your account;
• Withdraw consent for us to use your data for a particular purpose (e.g. marketing emails, via the unsubscribe option in any such email or your account settings);
• Request deletion of your account and associated personal data, subject to what we're legally required to retain (see Section 6).

8. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures — such as encrypted connections and access controls — to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

9. International Data Transfers

Some of our service providers process data outside Singapore. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we take steps to ensure it receives a standard of protection comparable to that required under the PDPA.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for business use by architecture and design professionals, and isn't directed at children. We don't knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll provide reasonable notice (for example, via email or an in-product notice) before they take effect.
